Hello friends!

It has been so long since we've blogged. YIKES! We kinda had a rough month or so, we had to get rid of our sweet, sweet dog Cooper. And i think in all honestly at the time it didn't feel like something worth blogging about.

We were heart broken, but he got in a little accident and bit someone - which is a no no. But we were absolutely crushed. CRUSHED. After weighing all our options we had to get rid of him (well that and our leasing and management peeps wouldn't let us keep him!)

& the Humane Society would haaaaaaaave to put him down :( BOOO!!! (which made us so much more sad!) We couldn't imagine having to put him down.

But there is some good news!

#1 I have the best parents in the whole wide world, and they were willing to keep him until we could find somewhere for him to be.

#2 we found a rescue in Portland (a no- kill rescue) that was able to keep him. And help him find his new "forever home"......We're just happy he is alive!


Cooper is such a loving, sweet, fun dog, that we know he is going to be perfect for a new family.

So we're going to try and get back into this whole blogging thing. Sorry we left ya high & dry for a while! But we're back.

PS - BEND IS SO COLD RIGHT NOW. its like 57 every day. and cloudy. and cold. and the top is off the pool (because every other year in the middle of june it is SUMMER) So i'm coaching freezing 8 year olds every evening in the cold. ugh.
