Its snowing right now. Its April 19th...and we have snow.
&& Can you believe they want our studs taken off??? iiii don't think so! We're driving over the pass in a week, and there will surely be snow. (& surely be studs on my car!)
Its officially the never ending winter in Central Oregon.
