Holy Snow!

This is how much snow we've has the last 12 hours! Its been crazy! Ian and i have been trading off who gets to shovel the drive way and sidewalk everyday. Its a lot of work! and our $10 shovel from target i think makes it even more difficult! You can see when its Ian's turn he likes to play more than shovel.

The big news here in bend thats buzzing around is that there is no dough to plow the snow! Winters here have been pretty mild the last few years so they cut the budget back more then 1/2 for this winter, but after the first snow fall in Jan they have used 60% of the budget to plow snow - Yikes! - Which means roads aren't exactly easy to be driving around on, and it also means school was cancelled for the kiddos today. Which is great for them but bad for teachers as it IS finals week. And its also bad for swimming since we only have six practices left!

But we're staying warm :)
